This rotogravure printing machine is suitable for aluminum Foil, BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, CPP and Paper etc roller to roller printing. It is widely use in High-grade packaging material printing.
Performance and Characteristics:
1. Printing color unit can be increased or reduce according to customer's requirement.
2. Every printing unit have a control plate, can quickly correct color register error.
3. Unwinding and rewinding are use double working mechanisms to make the roller material exchange with machine non-stop.
4. Main motor adopts vector inverter motor, with Constant tension control system
5. Unwind & rewind traction use magnet powder brake and auto tension control system.
6. Unwind &Rewind traction use vector inverter motor and torque motors.
7. Printing pressure roller, traction pressure roller and doctor blade etc are pneumatic type.
8. Printing cylinder installation use: pneumatic Shaftless type.
9. Printing ink use circulatory system
